The hotel and facilities do not correspond to a 5 star category. The bungalow we stayed in was good size but quite warn out, 3 star experience rather than 5. The majority of the staff spoke very little English, so communication was a challenge at times. There are many cats in the resort and while they are lovely animals, letting them freely enter in the restaurant doesn't seem quite acceptable from hygiene point of view.

We enjoyed the sandy beach and clear & warm sea water. The food in the restaurant was delicious and diverse. The bungalow was cleaned well every day and we got bottled water daily, too. There are lots of beautiful trees and flowers making good shade all over the resort. The children enjoyed the aqua park a lot.

Very expensive, particularly the Cabana's. Food and drink also expensive. For an international resort the TV in the room should accommodate all... only Turkish available.

They have three buildings. The only good looking is a main building where is the reception . The other two buildings are old and is not for 5* hotel. Need to renovate them or not use them. That old rooms with an old cheap TV, dirty floors, broken doors and more and more are not worthy of the money that you pay. And generally for a 5* hotel, they could renovate some hotel places and paint them to be looking new. Like the waterpark on the photos are so nice colors but there from the sun the color is very bad. They could paint it to be nice at least. For a simple hotel could be all that OK but sure this conditions are not for 5 star hotel, and for that price.

THE BEACHSIDE RESTAURANT OFFERS VERY GOOD SEA VIEW AND RELAXING ATMOSPHERE, HOWEVER,I FELT THE SERVICE COULD BE IMPROVED. THE STAFF WERE KIND ,BUT COMMUNICATION WAS CHALLENGING AT TIMES. A LITTLE MORE ENGLISH PROFICIENCY WILL HELP. ENHANCING THE SERVICE AND THE COMMUNICATION WOULD TRULY ELEVATE THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE.

Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by persistent issues with the air conditioning in our room. Despite reporting the problem multiple times and having technicians attempt repairs, the system malfunctioned repeatedly throughout our stay. Given the premium price paid for our accommodation, these ongoing problems greatly diminished our enjoyment and comfort. Additionally, the hotel’s hillside location presented accessibility challenges. While a shuttle service was available, it was often unreliable—either operating on an inconsistent schedule or requiring lengthy waits. For guests with mobility limitations, such as spinal conditions like ours, the steep climb from the beach or restaurant was particularly strenuous.

The location was absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking coastline and serene mountains that created the perfect peaceful escape. The breakfast and dinner offerings were exceptional—both meals featured a rich variety of dishes, catering to diverse tastes and ensuring there was something delicious for everyone.

1) on booking.com you can half board can be booked, the checking desk could have offer full board upgrade options. 2) Wristband were not given by checking desk, which caused few verification at restaurants, which was promptly fixed by Yigit, thanks for that. 3) Kids club timing is 9 am to 12:30 and again 2:20 to 7 PM - it will be great if it can be 9 am to 7 PM. 4) Soft drinks should be included in half board (dinner time). Over all it was a very satisfactory stay and kids enjoyed

The room was small but comfortable for four people. The bathroom was quite big, very comfortable. Slides were free but Luna Park came at a charge. Message also not included in the price. Free water during buffet while other drinks were at reasonable price.

Internet in the rooms was nonexistent. Pilows were exceptionally big and despite asking numerous times to replace them, nothing. The safe in the room doesn't work, and despite putting the No Service card on the door, the cleaner stil went in and cleaned despite us not being able to lock away our valuables. Again. asked for assistance which never came. No much to do of an evening, after dinner, there isn't much on, and as the Internet was down in the rooms made for very long nights. Especially with a 13 year old in tow. The wrist band thing makes a very uncomfortable 'class'. We were only able to book half board, but some of the looks from staff and guests makes it feel like there are different levels of visitor.

The facility is nice, well spaced out but exceptionally busy. The rooms were of a good enough size and the access to the sea was great

Considering the price range of the resort there were few things that I believe needs to be improved: - Safe wasn't working (they said is general electricity issue), we needed to call person every time we wanted to lock it - The baby cot was not available upon arrival and our baby missed his lunch nap (even though it was confirmed that will be available) - One of the days they forgot to put tallows in the room and after 40 minutes waiting we had to put the baby to sleep without being able to take a proper shower - We used laundry service and they knocked at the door after 23 (11 PM) in the evening and wake us all - I extended with one night the stay and when we came back after lunch our cards were not working, had to go back to grab new ones

The overall experience of the resort, a lot of things to do for kids, very delicious food, nice beach, amendments and etc. We enjoyed our stay there and would visit again. Amazing beach and water, loved it.

Pine Court 2 needs some refreshment as it looks and feels “tired” comparing to the rest of the facilities buildings.

Lovely renovated main Olive Court with tasteful decorations and very thoughtful all around facilities for all possible needs: for solo couple travelers and for family with kids. I was not satisfied with the casino management of the hotel at all, I played slots and live games in the casino. I had gains and losses but the last time I joined the game at the live tables, I was informed that I could not play at the live tables and when I asked why this happened, they said that I played a very short game and that I was already in the money, when I asked what they meant by very short, they said that I played at the live table for 16 minutes and that I had to play at least 2 hours, so they said that I could not sit at the live tables anymore. I can play slots for 1 hour and play live for 30 minutes and leave or I can play for 5 minutes and leave, I am on holiday and I am there to have fun, the casino is nice but I do not recommend it.

We stayed as a family in the Garden Junior room, the hotel has a wonderful sea, beach, pool etc. everything is available and the staff was very attentive. Especially Esra Hanım was there for us for all our questions and requests for help since 3 months before our reservation and never left our questions unanswered, which was also a selfless behavior. Thank you Esra Hanım for your efforts, your respect for your job and for helping us, as a hotel you can have a clean and peaceful holiday with your family...
