CyprusAir conditioning systems in rooms could use a little renovating.
This was my second stay at lords Palace, but this time it was with my family... and i can't say anything else other than that we have been treated with the utmost respect and hospitality a person could ask for. Great staff, great facilities and very good rooms. Plus, my stay was full board, so I'd say that it was really really good value for money, all things considered. Special shout out to Kaan and obe for being the nicest guys I've had the pleasure of meeting. I'm hoping to stay again soon. Cheers.

TurkeyThe beach side was weird. The beach umbrellas looked good without any sun protection. It was like a knotted rope that was %80 space %20 rope. Also the beach staff didn't really know the fullness, they were saying that there is no space. When we insisted we instantly found a place.

NorwayWonderful stay at Lord Palace! We had an amazing time here and felt truly cared for from beginning to end. The staff were warm, friendly, and always helpful – they really went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and the pool area and surroundings were peaceful and lovely. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the whole atmosphere was calm and family-friendly. We especially want to thank Özge, who kindly arranged a beautiful cake for our daughter’s birthday – it meant a lot to us and made her day extra special. 🩷 We are truly grateful for the hospitality and will happily return. Cleaning was great, Ms Derya cleaned our room and every time she smiled and helped to my children. Breakfast was excellent, fresh juices are so tasty, wished it was not extra. United KingdomThe only thing we didn’t like was that with both rooms and hallways leading to rooms we had, there was an undertone smoke smell and the roof top bar has indoor smoking so prepare to smell like an ashtray after! I guess to be expected in hotels as they are mainly smoking friendly in Cyprus but as non smokers who live in the uk it’s something we really notice and struggle with.
The location is brilliant, the food was great. We particularly loved the Sunday roast! We went for a birthday celebration and the staff were lovely. We even had an upgrade to an en-suite which was gorgeous. Comfortable bed, lovely seating area with fireplace effect and a jacuzzi bath. The roof top bar was brilliant also. Great music and atmosphere in the evenings! We tried the spa which was great (separate sauna and steam for women in their changing room also!). The water in the pool and jacuzzi wasn’t as warm as we expected but was very clean and comfortable.

This time, we were delighted to receive an upgrade to a stunning suite, complete with a lovely bottle of wine and an array of goodies—a truly thoughtful and appreciated gesture. A special shoutout to Mr. Sami, the exceptional manager who is always on hand to ensure every need is met, and to the incredible customer relations team, especially thanks to my dear friend Somto Obi, whose smile could brighten anyone's day. Great to meet the new customer relation officer Kaan Oz. What truly sets this place apart is the personal touch. From the restaurant staff remembering our drink preferences to recalling my husband’s favorite football team, the attention to detail is simply unmatched. It’s like coming home, but with five-star luxury. This hotel is more than just a place to stay—it’s a haven where you feel valued and remembered. We can’t wait for our next visit!"

KuwaitThe view actually included some old apartment buildings that seems to be right in the yard of the hotel. The SPA was advertised to close at 9 but when we arrived there at 8 pm they had already closed as there were no guests. The Casino is mostly electronic games, few tables with croupiers and people were smoking inside. Not quite a “Casino Royal” experince. Very, VERY limited parking if you do not want to use the valet parking service.
The breakfast was amazing.
