We wouldn’t have minded if there had been no rugs on the floor

The house was just lovely; well maintained with a beautiful garden, and nice touches everywhere in the house. The deluxe room was really spacious, and the standard room was wonderful too. The rooms had flowers and lights that worked during load shedding. Breakfast was really good with a wide variety, also typical South African dishes. The staff was very friendly too.

We hardly had time to enjoy our fruit or make toast before the cooked breakfast was brought to the table.

Nicely decorated. Table on varanda outside the room. Aircon. There was a mix up with our twin room booking and deposit but it was sorted efficiently. Friendly staff.

We would like to suggest that double ply toilet paper is offered. Facecloths and shampoo in the bathroom is a must!

Pillows were awful and need replacing! Would suggest they invest in pillow protectors as well! Roof needs a paint and overall maintenance needs attention, however to be fair, we are just coming out of winter. Staff could be a little noisy, communicating across the property to each other, which can be a little annoying for us guests seeking peace and quiet...

Well appointed rooms. I was in Number 3, self catering. Friends in the two luxury rooms. All had added extras and thoughtful touches. All requests were met with swift attention and nothing was too much. Special accolades go to Britney - what a gem! Best they hold onto her!! Staff so friendly, courteous and happy. Great lady running the kitchen - sorry cannot remember her name. Good choice of Continental or English breakfast. Gardens well maintained and pools (yes two!) clean.

We had an amazing experience and Siska and her staff made us feel very at home. We were there for the weekend for a sports event but wish we could have stayed longer. We will only use Adley house for accommodation from now on. It's our new home away from home.

THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS THAT THE NEIGHBOURS NEXT TO US GOT UP AT 4 IN THE MORNING AND THE WALLS ARE VERY THIN AND THEY TALKED VERY LOUD SO WE WOKE UP AND COULD NOT SLEEP AGAIN, AS WE HEARD THEM TALKING THE WHOLE TIME.

Due to loadshedding and no generator no electricity. Part of the deal during holiday in SA 😉

Ontbijt was prima verzorgd. Vers fruit, youghurt, cereals, cheese, self baked breadrolls, hot breakfast self made. Everything gathered on a table decorated with flowers from the garden. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
