Dear Anneke, Thank you for staying at Amour and taking the time to leave a review. Thank you for giving the highest rating to cleanliness and bed comfort. We invest a lot of time and efforts into keeping the rooms spotless. Our beds are of a much higher quality than those of a standard hospitality range ones. We do tell each guest on arrival where their parking slot is. The evening you called at 21.50, as I explained and apologised in my whatsapp message to you the very next day at 07.35 (did not text at 5am in case you were still sleeping), I had to rush to the pharmacy and to get extra groceries for breakfast and forgot my cell phone that was charging at the guest house. When I realised I don’t have a phone with me it was too late and too dark to drive all the way back to fetch it. After breakfast I talked to the guests who parked their car in your spot and they apologised. The photos of our rooms reflect what is available in the room and how it looks like, including showers, cupboards, and a quantity of chairs. We are always happy to assist guests with their requests and could arrange another chair for you should you have asked. We had a few guests who stayed in this room for 2-3 months and they were happy with everything including the cupboard size. We also have guests who stay at Amour for 3-4 days every month and specifically book this room because they feel the most comfortable in it (they stayed in all the other rooms before they picked this one). We have other rooms, and they are all different. One of them just might be the perfect one for you. We do hope to see you and your spouse again. We wish you and your loved ones all the best in 2025! Margarita enjoyed a long chat with you so much. You left a long-lasting warm impression. Thank you for an amazing review, highlighting the aspects you loved about your stay and mentioning the beds! 😊 We bought the same beds for ourselves first to test them. Our beds are not a hospitality range ones, hence they are way more comfortable. When you are back to George, try our room with a queen extra length bed that has an extra cushion on it.
