Breakfast, I could not eat the breakfast prepared. you should not be serving breakfast if it cannot be properly prepared.

I would have loved the bar to have a slightly larger and varied menu to serve. The Latitude hotel, a sister hotel, where dinner was suggested, should have a much larger variety of dishes.

The staff makes the place. They were so helpful and friendly. Left no stone unturned to accommodate our requests.

The plumbing and pipes in the building made a lot of noise which disturbed our sleep. First sound was around 5am and lasted right until about 9am which wasn’t ideal, especially when wanting a lay in while on holiday.

Loved the location! Was very close to the Promenade which allowed us to take morning and afternoon walks. The breakfast was also delicious!

The furniture in the living room wasn't super comfortable but we didn't spend too much time sitting in that room.

The view from the Penthouse was amazing and it was so close we could hear the waves. We loved that it was 2 levels.

The basement car parking was good but quire diificult to drive into through the gates on a steep slope. Our shower had an ill fitting door and did not seal at the bottom which caused water to flood the batthroom floor.

The apartment was spacious and very well equiped. It had an excellent view across to the sea and a comfortable small balcony. The there were two armchairs which were comfortable. The breakfast was was excellent and the dining room was very well set out, supported by good service from the staff.

Housekeeping left a dirty towel. Didn't pack away pots after washing. Toilet brush needs replacement or a good clean. But generally room was clean

We get earlier at the, left my bags there, the attendant was excellent and when we came back the check in was already done. Room view was very good, very comfortable beds and close to the best beaches. Everything really good

Airport transportation that was organized by the hotel for our departure didn't show up. We ended up taking a Uber which actually worked in our favor because it cost less than what we quoted to pay originally.

The location is perfect in the Sea Point area. Our room had a great ocean view to wake up to every morning. Lots of amenities and places to check out in the area. We purchased a 3 day pass for the Hop on/Hop off bus . The bus stop was literally outside the hotel which made things easier . Very easy to get to the promenade if you want to take a walk to other beaches or to V&A Waterfront. Hotel staff were great and very polite at all times.

very poor management and always has been this way. the single lift gets stuck on the 5th floor. since there is no other lift the staff use it during daytime so getting anywhere takes an hour. the gate doesnt work so i had to get out three times to ask staff to open it. in general the property itself is wonderful but the management is terrible. the staff are ok, their bosses not so much i'm guessing. it seems understaffed as well

Just a little issue with water pressure from shower. But it’s nothing major
