Not a particularly important thing not to like…..but I did not appreciate the ‘plastic-like’ under-sheet on the main bed upstairs. I think complimentary tea and coffee sachets would be nice.

The lounge needs an extra sofa or armchair as there are not enough seats for 6 people. Only 2 x one seaters and a three seater sofa.

Amazing villa, very spacious and beautifully decorated. Only a short walk down to the beach. Having a private pool was also very lovely to relax by. Well equipped kitchen. Aircons available to help with the heat. I would definitely book again.

the dining table set was made of solid wood...and was just too heavy to even pick up a chair...we actually got hurt several times while picking it up.

Unfortunately the inventory checking process was tiresome, looking for items that were not in the unit - the list should have been updated and housekeeping informed us that the list was incorrect The gas for the stove was also finished - This was only realised very late in the evening and could have been checked before arrival The aircon in the downstairs bedroom did not work unfortunately.

Some of the staff were just so unfriendly. The beach security and house keeping were really friendly however the staff at the check in gate/reception were not too friendly.

There was only minor things, like the pool seemed highly chlorinated during our stay so the kids couldn't play in it for long, geyser was off on our arrival but maintenance came and sorted it out really quickly. There was no electric kettle at the unit(that we could find) only a stove top kettle, which my lack of patience only ever allowed it to boil once(whistle) and managed to have a good cuppa,but as I said just minor things.

Barbados 13 is just amazing. The estate itself is well run and maintained. I love how safe and secure it feels once inside the facility. Staff are friendly and accommodating as well. The unit itself is spacious and very very clean and has everything you would need for a relaxing weekend away. The added bonus of the private pool as well as being able to take walks on the beach was also lovely. We were a few minutes away from the Wild Coast as well, so the location was perfect.

Location is beautiful. Private pool is great. Beds are very comfortable. Clean and neat. Feels like home. Has backup water and electricity so can forget about the stress of loadshedding and water cuts during the holiday.

The cutlery is a bit worn out that should be replaced. Would bring my own next time.

The property had all the we needed including beach towers, kitchen is well stocked with all utensils and the pool was kept clean on a daily basis. Was also great that the property has solar and emergency lights for load shedding.

Some aspects of maintaining require attention. 1. Light of extractor fan not working 2. The middle plate on the gas hob was not working. 3. The racks in the over did not fit and we could not use to oven to the extent that we needed. Appears like the racks were taken from another oven. Reported to.maintainence who said they would deal with it the next day. There was no further assistance with regard to this. The home is beautiful and would definitely recommend but staff on site were not very helpful or effective.

Very comfortable and beautiful home away from home. Everything was clean and tidy. Back up power so loadshedding isn't really felt.
