We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

EswatiniI didn’t like that somethings are not revealed before booking. You see when you are about to confirm payment that there is a cleaning fee yet no one comes to clean during stay. The supplies needs a daily refill, more blankets needed Cape Town is cold for a first timer

That would mean my parking ticket would be over R350 , however security made an exception.Initially I was told to drive out with tag and redraw a parking ticket. South Africa1)In booking.com when making a booking and payment, it is mentioned that their are toiletries, but their were hand washing and cream bottles absolutely empty.. Their was no soap. So it's best to remove the word toiletries so guest are aware they must bring their own toiletries! 2)Prior to guest checking in, The TV should have all the apps and channels working, eg Netflix etc etc, I checked in on Friday and Was told that the concerned people will only come on Monday to sort out the issue... By than I had to check out.. A proper check list should be made prior the guest checks in. 3) Suggest the dish washer be replaced with a washing machine as that's more necessary. 4) Bed size should be king size
