A key fob system is needed for the gates. We had two keys but only one fob that seemed pointless. Pool area wasn’t really set up to use

The breakfast location was great but they were quite slow with service and seemed a bit disorganised (this was out with these apartments)

The location was amazing! Across the road you had handy shops like convenience stores etc. and a starbucks and it was about a 3 minute walk to all the restaurants.

The reception staff were not helpful or friendly. The security also was unhelpful when we couldn’t get into our place with the gale force winds. The receptionist, even off duty, chose to ignore me when I was struggling to get in.

The general manager was friendly and tried her utmost to make us feel happier

We were deceived. We have paid for better apartament which we got just for half of our stay. We were two nights late for our stay, I wrote the this property that since there are force majeure maybe they can return part of the money, the answer was no so we asked to fully keep our booking. When we arrived they haven't mentioned nothing just assisted to our room, which was not that we booked. We paid additonally for better apartments with sea view, and we received a small box with no windows. When we came back at the registration they explained me that our apartment is already booked, since they thought we are not coming (though I have clearly wrote them that we are coming, asked to keep our booking and booking.com showed that it's a confirmed and paid stay). So there were 4 nights left for our stay, the poperty allowed 2 nights to stay, as they said, in the room that we originally booked. The apartament didn't look like in the pictures. There are no sea view apartments (attaching photo of the sea view). In the room was left hair dryer, when we needed to use it in the evening we realised that the plug doesn't fit, secuirity couldn't find adapter, we received it the next day, what was already too late for us.

Pretty sure the apartment is a converted 2 bedroom unit. The 3rd bedroom has a tiled floor and a weird bathroom setup. Only good for a single or a couple that don't mind watching eachother use the toilet and shower. One of the bedrooms has a bathtub instead of a shower. We tried to use it as a shower but was very awkward and would not recommend. When booking make sure you can pay to park inside. They told us there was off street parking nearby when I first tried to book a parking spot (was told there weren't any available inside the complex) weeks before arriving in the country but when we checked in the front desk told us there is no such thing and we had to park on the road. We would have cancelled had they told us that right away. If they say they don't have any parking spots then cancel and find somewhere else. The street parking may seem like an ok idea but the beggars and riff raff will hassle you something shocking and leave you feeling pretty average if not unsafe. Apartment is on the ground floor also and a long walk from the pool area. The washing machine and TV also were unusable. Reception said housekeeping were going to fix them but there was no quick fix so we declined (pretty sure the cleaners aren't trained technicians that can fix an overheating washing machine throwing an error code) and just put up with it.

The location is excellent. Right down on the beach with easy access to local shops.

Our room had a pool view and one level up so extremely private. The apartment was also very close to the main strip and supermarket so was easy to get around. We also found the staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Guests were very noisy around swimming-pool on a Saturday afternoon. Did not consider any other guests

Fans aren't efficient in heat conditions. The choice of booking was a pool view : we saw a wall and traffic. Not value for money

Breakfast was amazing. The Bay is awesome. Close to main Camps Bay main hub. The security guard was amazing: helpful and accommodating
