Better maintenance of the rooms, door locks were loose, looked like they were forced open at some point, makes one question the safety. Bathtub was cracked. Poor water pressure Teach the Housekeepers to greet & maybe smile once in a while. It does not hurt

Room service was poor, no Cleaning was done at all we had to get our wife's to clean the apartment.

The cleaning was far from being perfect. It needs only more attention and better attitude. the problem of loadshedding is complicating the good evaluation. The generator would be a solution.

The sliding door of our apartment could not lock from the outside, and when we left for the beach I was a bit uncomfortable leaving it open. Especially after 17:00 when the reception door was already locked and we could not use that door.

The area didn’t feel safe, but we did arrive on the 1st Jan, so we really battled to even get to the gate. There is only 1 aircon in the lounge which is extremely noisy so you can’t even hear the tv properly. Would be great to have aircon in the rooms, even small ones would help. The Wi-Fi is an extra charge.

The view is incredible… full, close view of Cape Town and Table Mountain… it was breathtaking at sunset!

Noise from the nearby flat overload….the apartment should be double glazed for sound proofing in the bedroom / rear. Leaving a security deposit and then inspecting / returning the deposit was a bit like hard work as reception normally does not open before 8am….special arrangements were made that worked.

The pools were out of action, fences around them. Nothing was communicated about that before arrival. Months before arrival tried to get confirmation of full payment which was never confirmed which lead to payment due notification on the day. I didn’t appreciate that as I tried to confirm payment before arrival. On the last night we returned home to an open door (we believe it wasn’t shut completely after house keeping) and one of the other rooms sliding door to the balcony didn’t lock, there were people peering over looking to their room, which they called security for

We were a bit disappointed that both the pools were under construction at the same time as we booked a place with a swimming pool especially for the kids.we would've liked it for the bistro to be open to at least have a coffee and small breakfast before we start the day and maybe just something light in the evenings.overall it was a great experience and yes I would go and stay there again,the only thing that was bothering is that in 9 days housekeeping didn't change bedding once,with the kids around they spilled something on the pillowcase and I was ending up paying for it because they thought it was blood 🙀

We were welcomed by very friendly staff,nice clean reception,based right at the beach,the room had everything we needed (except for a bottle opener 😜) Even though we did our own cleaning (beds and dishes) housekeeping still came in everyday to make sure everything was tighty up.we requested for laundry one time,which was done very well.

The staff were friendly especially Ntombi she went above and beyond to assist us with queries and ensure that we had a comfortable stay.The views are spectacular,the location is ideal and close to most shopping centres.For us it really does feel like home away from home,the accomodation is comfortable,there's a kitchen to cook ,it's just perfect for families. Janice was also a great help assisting us with maintenance issues.

There is no free internet, even the one that you pay for is only available in the room. The security money that we pay when we check in is not necessary, makes the venue more expensive.

Their check in time is way too late and when asked for an earlier check in, we found they were cleaning our room right up until 3.00. The mop was left in the door way while we checked in. The TV was bad. And no one advised what area of loadshedding we fell in so it caught us unexpectedly.

Loved the location. Mere steps away from the beach. The view even in the evening was spectacular. They agreed to allow us to check out slightly later.
