Great location to explore various highlights of Cape Town and surroundings. It is also an excellent place to just relax and enjoy the garden and views. Outstanding breakfast. Hout Bay has a fair amount of nice restaurants. We stayed for 5 nights and would come back again. Luis was a great host.

Folks, this may seem to be off the beaten track, but its not far from Cape Town, plus the drive here is stunning. My one recommendation, park on the road outside, it is safe, and only enter the property if you know you can get a space in the garage area.

This place is a GEM, the welcome from Ivanka was lovely. The room was amazing and the view from my balcony was simply stunning. Sadly I dont eat much in a morning, but the breakfast that was laid before me was unbelievable, delisious fresh breads, meats, cheese wow wow wow. The extra touches were brilliant, the welcome wine, the thankyou letter on my last night when i got in, a well as the carrafes left for me to enjoy. On top of this the champagne and cup cake on my birthday. All I can say is thanks for a great stay and totally recomend this place.

Not very much. To say anything negative would be to make something up just to be able to say something negative.

The views were superb from our bedroom to where we enjoyed our daily breakfast. The hosts were very pleasant and very helpful.The service was topnotch. One of the owners got up early in the morning to help us with our suitcases.jWe were asked, on more than one occasion if everything was to our satisfaction and if we needed anything. I would certainly return and I have no hesitation in recommending the Dream House to anyone.

Accessibility was very poor. There were 49 uneven steps down to our room mostly with no handrail which we were not made aware of when booking. We had to leave at 7.15 before breakfast to get to the airport and there was no one to help with our luggage. My husband is a very fit 70 year old but taking the luggage up to the road was a real struggle for him.

A very minor thing but the TV wasn't a smart TV which we are accustomed to when staying in accommodation. This would have been ideal given we have netflix and prime video accounts. Perhaps something to consider for future improvements.

The view was spectacular, especially from the pool and at breafast. Breakfast was plentiful and we were truly spoilt for choice - both continental and english breakfast lovers will be delighted with the options. Our room was bright, clean and spacious and the bathroom was perfect for the 3 of us. After a busy 2 weeks, coming to the Dreamhouse was a very much needed escape and chill out zone. The pool area was perfect and never too busy considering the place was fully booked. I liked the honesty bar approach to both our mini bar in room and the pool bar. A lovely touch on our last night was a little tray of amarula and whisky to have a night cap alongside the nightly chocolates on our pillows.

Perhaps my fault but I thought we were closer to Hout Bay and to town. (Takes 40mins to the waterfront and around 30mins to Table Montain), just longer Uber drives than expected. Also, we stayed for 6 days with my daughter and had a bit of washing to do after a few days but I was surprised how expensive it was. Although Ivanka provided a discount around 11% - it was still quite expensive - so I would encourage them to reduce their pricing for longer stays.

Breathtaking spot with exceptional staff, delightful morning breaky, superb views. Thanks to Ivanke's team warm hospitality, we enjoy their breakfast and earlier breakfast to accommodate our busy schedules sometimes, late checkouts and comfortable stay. Everyone was really friendly and made it unforgettable experience.

A fantastic accommodation with incredible views. Ivanka made us feel very welcome, comfortable beds and our own balcony. There is nice pool for a morning swim, but the best is the fabulous breakfast served to the table with a large variety of everything. We are coming back
