I didn’t like when I was noticed the day of my departure to clean the apartment with dishes , while I didn’t find the dishwasher and told the cleaner and she told me is stock out she will bring when they receive order. All cleaning materials bottles empty

The location was not bad as I got the with no problems to reach my destination

The down side about this place is entering and exiting the estate. It is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to enter and exit the estate.

The property is well located and secure.

The issue of electricity it didn't sit me well xhem it was for the first time buying electricity at the apartment I booked anyways about the issue of electricity there's alot to tell

- Only two access codes were given, couldn’t even go out cause we wouldnt be able to access the facility again - You have to pay to access the lagoon - You have to clean and take out trash before you check out, I can’t go on vacation and be expected to clean - Electricity was limited, we were told to buy it if it finishes.

Sis Isabel’s reception and accommodation was exceptional. I booked for me and my mom for her birthday, and my mom is still speaking about the stay even today. She was just a call away whenever we needed something, I loved everything about her place.

The WiFi connection was really bad we literally had to alternate every single time And the rooms were very cold it wasn’t pleasant at all

The couch in the apartment we stayed in was so uncomfortable.. It was actually painful to complete a movie while sitting on it. The cleaning detergents and the hand soap were all so little like someone was working on a budget The person who was assisting me throughout expected me to clean up the room before I leave... Kante room service ke ya eng?? 😳 😳 🥺

The Blyde is amazing, I liked the water it's so clean and well maintained, the food at the restaurant was so delish it was just so refreshing ❤️♥️

Our host Mrs Isabel was the best, she made us feel very welcomed. The lagoon and gaming area are also a great way to unwind and relax. We also loved the secure complex with 24 hour security. The apartment we were in was very neat and minimum noise even during festive season. We'll definitely be coming back to this awesome place 😎.

No aircon or fan and the weather was boiling hot.

Our unit didn't have a grill rack and pans for the oven and when asked our host didn't have an alternative for us.

Everything was as shown on the pictures on booking.com and it was very comfortable.

That we had to pay for entrance for swimming pool whilst we booked at the place. That really made sad we never even bother to go to swim.

The place was so lovely 😍 even the lady that welcomed us she's a darling. Her phone was on 24hrs for incase we might need anything. Thank you mama for ur warm welcome
