The air-conditioner was noisy and startling at night. Disappointed that our rate excluded breakfast. Cost of R250 pp for breakfast is expensive in my opinion.

Loved the renovations and upgrades done to the standard rooms since our last stay in 2020. Enjoyed the spacious room and bathroom that included a shower and a seperate bath tub. Friendly staff and convenient shuttle service to V&A waterfront and Canal walk. View of Table Mountain over the pool is sensational.

I was disappointed as I booked King bed or 2 double sleeper and I recieved a double bed. I also pre booked another cot for the room and I only got it when I enquired about it. The room looked much smaller than the website.

I really enjoyed the location. It was near to beach ,malls and fantastic restaurants. Your staff at the restaurants are amazing , welcoming and extremely friendly. The pool are by the bar was amazing ,clean and views so gorgeous 😍

We had to address some matters with the duty manager, due to oversights of housekeeping. The duty manager responded very professional to our complaint and remedied things. Looking closer in the room, it was clear that the aircon filters and light fixtures had not been cleaned for a long time. A concern was that both elevators were out of order during our stay. This is quite unpleasant when traveling from the 2nd floor with a heavy suitcase.

The hotel is located just a bit out of the city and at the beach. It gives you a holiday feeling, while still being so close to town. The hotel has a good parking garage and the wifi was high speed.

No curtain netting in the main bedroom, so people could see in when we opened the curtains.

The bathtub stopper was of the incorrect size so it could not hold the water in the tub. The bathroom basin stopper got stuck closed so we could not drain the used water. The aircon was not blowing warm air so on some days the room was very cold. In general we regreted having paid so much money for an average hotel

Be aware the entire property is cashless. The distance from the 'hotel' to the 'apartments' is quite far indeed. It can be noisy at night with people having parties in their rooms until quite late. The phone in the room did not work to communicate with reception. The maid often left our balcony door open.

Security staff are AMAZING - so kind! The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious with a good balcony area to enjoy. The on-site spa is incredible and the treatments are a DREAM! The location is relaxing as it is on the beach. Very safe with doors locked and manned by security 24/7. Room service available. Good communication beforehand. 2-bedroom apartment had a shower and a bath and they were able to turn the 2 twin beds into one double for our comfort.

I had to take pay a deposit of R500 just to play pool in the games room…that’s just obsurd.

Some staff by the reception were not friendly as we expected

We request a honeymoon suit and the staff kept telling us to communicate with the next person afteranother and ended up coming back without getting it not even a room set up.
