The room was stunning, beautiful furnishings and newly built. The standout was the bathroom and the bath tub. Breakfast was lovely each morning, the staff were extremely friendly. The lavender had started to bloom which made for a nice outlook each day. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful.

this is our second time staying at Lavender Farm Boutique Guest and once again it didn't disappoint. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The Breakfast was wonderful and one can't ask for a better location. Just outside of town but close enough to enjoy the shops, restaurants and the wonderful wineries

Breakfast was great, the room wama amazing , beautiful gardens and pool area was so scenic but what was cherry on top for me was the frienldy staff. I would definately visit again. I loved it.

It's a short drive out of town, so consider renting a car. No restaurant on-site — a microwave in the room and small vending kiosk would be a great addition — especially for guests who prefer not to drive out again after settling in. Overall, Lavender Farm offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay again!

The property is surrounded by beautiful gardens and a serene environment that immediately calms your mind. It was my second stay at Lavender Farm Lodge. My sisters and I got connecting rooms 5 and 6. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a great sense of privacy — perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I especially loved waking up to the stunning views of the mountains framed by endless rows of lavender fields. It offers excellent value for money and delicious breakfast. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with natural charm and comfort, I highly recommend Lavender Farm. We'll definitely be returning!

The bed was a little firm for my liking, and my poached eggs were over cooked.

A spacious room and full bathroom, with a quaint patio. An enjoyable stay just outside the hustle and bustle of the village. Breakfast spread was superb!

Modern spacious room with all the amenities. Toiletries, gowns, slippers. Huge bed with heated blanket. Breakfast has great options and is super well prepared. Friendly staff. Gorgeous surroundings between the mountains and a small lake and on a lavender farm.

Some distance to Franschoek centre - wasn’t an issue for me though

I booked a room with a view of the lavender farm however our room had an interconnecting door and we could hear every word of the people next door (they weren’t being loud). Ronel was very helpful in moving us to another room. I have read some other reviews on here about noise from adjoining rooms.

The location is absolutely stunning, and Ronel’s service was outstanding! The room had excellent heating (it was quite cold in the evening) and the added bonus of a heated blanket - divine!

Outside of the concierge staff, some of the restaurant staff, although friendly and well intentioned, do need a bit more training on how to take requests from guests and also when clearing the table. Sometimes they were too eager and although trying to be helpful, often made us feel like they were shuffling us out of the room.

All the staff were warm and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and the view of the lavender farm was memorable.
