The cabin is an absolute gem! Modern, clean, and fresh, very private. The perfect place to make beautiful memories. Stunning scenery of the mountain, friendly host, this accommodation deserves a 10/10! We will be back.

Rochelle's attention to detail made check in seamless. The unit was fitted with EVERYTHING we needed. Modern furniture and decor. We loved the hot tub and the fireplace in the unit helped allot in the cold weather. We'll definitely visit again.

The hot tub was not working well and we were not told about this until we were about to arrive to check in. It has however since been fixed. So I would still definitely highly recommend this cottage

The shower temperature, struggle to set the temp, water was either too hot or too cold. The hot tub water temperature. I burnt 3 bags of wood in the hot tub but the water didn't want to get warm.

The location of the place is perfect. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. WiFi worked well.

There was a bit of road noise but it hasn’t put us off returning again.

We loved the compact, modern accommodation which had everything we needed. The cabin was warm and cosy and the indoor fireplace was extremely effective. The linen was excellent and everything was of the best quality.

Hot tub takes too much and wood to warm the water. Unfortunately the R60 road is very noisy.

Road noise from the passing vehicles was a minor irritant but the mountain views more than compensated.

Very clean and neat cabin with a private hot tub was the perfect 2 day break from a busy schedule. Great 90 minute hike on the property means that we had no reason to leave the cabin for the duration of the stay

The shower temperature didn’t work so well, it was either extremely hot or ice cold. A suggestion to perhaps get the hot tub started for the guests before arrival so that when they arrive the tub is ready for them!

The place ticked all the boxes and exceeded our expectations.

The setting was absolutely amazing, tranquillity at its best. I was looking for a quiet place to get away with my wife and Lokai ticked every box. It is well equipped with all the necessities needed. There is a stunning hike up to a waterfall as well.

Struggled with the shower...extremely hot or cold. Bed sloped into the middle a bit. Cabin was extremely hot but luckily a cool wind came up in the evening. We tried to walk to the waterfall but there was no clear path after a short while so we had to turn back. We didn't have much of an outlook as we were so surrounded by bush. It was a bit close to the road...would have liked to be further in.

Unfortunately there's no air con, no microwave and no built in cupboard to pack away clothing. We were a little concerned about lack of security as the cabin is very close to the main road and you also hear the trucks on the road from the cabin.

The cabin was comfortable, clean and neat. If you looking for a private romantic getaway in the bushes with complete privacy, this is ideal. We especially enjoyed the deck with the tub and braai facility. Evening times were exceptionally beautiful under the stars. The bed was comfortable and the linen was lovely and clean. Kitchen is well stocked with just enough. The host was helpful when we ran out of wood and she was quick to respond.
