The cottage was lovely, the gardens were stunning and the owner, Liesbet, was very informative and friendly. It was a lovely stay. I would highly recommend this to everyone and will definitely be back again.

The Location as well as the living spaces was amazing, I was placed on a beautiful spot next to a dam and nearby horse stables (2 horses). The pool was centralized, with access to the grape farmland for morning and evening walks. The accommodation space had a comfortable cottage theme, with indoor and exterior fireplace, beds were comfy, and all necessities were available. Wi-Fi was good I was able to YouTube music videos whole time (on a low quality without any freezing.) Even so I was trying to get away from the technology of the world. i had the option for youtube.

The Merlot cottage was such an idyllic cottage situated between the lemon trees, looking out over a little pond and two lovely horses. The cottage has everything you need and the host Liesbeth greeted us with a warm welcome, lots of information, and was just a WhatsApp away. Overall, a super nice getaway.

Nothing, really.

A wonderful, tranquil place and Liesbeth is a very outgoing and supportive host. We really liked it there. The kitchen is fully equipped, the location just beautiful (you can actually see the stars at night!), not far from the highway (N1), which means Cape Town is just an hour away. There are lots of animals around. Staff is very friendly. The mall (for groceries) is about 10 minutes away, and there area is home to a few wine farms, as well the distillery that makes SA's only (and excellent) Whisky.

Mooi Bly is a beautiful little paradise, with romantic pathways full of wild flowers in between the cottages. Liesbeth is a very cheerful and chatty owner, making all her guests feel personally welcome. We would have loved staying longer if it had been available - that says it all!

There is a wasps nest in the hedge below the bedroom window that needs to be removed. My grandson was tung three times.

We had an amazing stay in the vineyards and enjoyed every second of it. Beautiful and very comfortable bungalow, a perfect terasse with garden view, a wonderful pool in a quiet and beautiful garden. Liesbeth is an amazing and very friendly host.

We loved our stay at Mooi Bly. It has a stunning view of the mountains and is so peaceful and quiet. It is not too far from the surrounding shopping centres, restaurants or activities and you come home to a wonderful peaceful place to relax after a day out and about. The host was brilliant and so accommodating. She went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. I would recommend Mooi Bly to any group of friends wanting to get away from the city for a weekend or a few days as well as to families with children. The house we stayed in was spacious with a beautiful fireplace inside. Each room had its bathroom with a shower. The views from the rooms were stunning! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed the location, close to Wellington and to Paarl. In the hot weather we were especially pleased to have the use of the pool and the comfy lounges in the pool area. Staff were attentive and helpful. The gardens were beautiful and encouraged a leisurely stroll in the shade of the trees.

There was nothing, no issues.

The view of the Cottage and the place itself and how everything was equipped and the peacefulness of the area and animals. It's indeed a great get away stay to relax and unwind would recommend it for everyone.. everyone try it out and loved the lil visits from the dogs every now and then.. please say hi to Jesse, definitely wanna come there again, everything was on point, the host was Amazing, even liked the fact that you safe, with the nightgaurd making sure we ok at night. Lovely place!Thank You again Liesbeth. Definitely coming over again!

A little noisy from a party from an adjacent property, but we did travel on a holiday weekend so not unexpected.

The remote location and the beautiful surroundings that this cottage is situated in. The gardens are spectacular and the cottage was beautifully fitted for every thing we possibly needed. Very private despite being a few cottages in close proximity. Even loadshedding outages were catered for with appropriate lights and facilities to cook during power outages.

quiet peaceful and tranquil place to stay. love the layout of our villa!! very space full. we could easily stayed for a month if we could. 10 min drive to Wellingtons very nice mall Wollies and Checkers. we felt very save and the evening braais was lovely The owner checked ever afternoon in on us to see if we need something. you can see she care a lot. the gardens is one of the best we ever experienced! will come back. we have a wine club and their wine is stunning! we bought box wine the last day and when we arrived home we were sorry we did not bought more!
