The beds were not very comfortable. The mattresses were very hard and need to be changed. When we arrived there were good intentions by placing flowers on the bed, however this resulted in numerous bugs crawling out of the flowers and onto the bedding. The desk in the room was old was chipped which really dropped the appeal of the room. The curtain was hanging off the rail, which also dropped the standard of what the room should have looked like. Netflix was not setup on the smart TV and neither was YouTube.

The food was excellent, from Room service, my kids absolutely loved the crumbed chicken wraps and ordered them more than once. Our breakfast for 4 days was absolutely delicious and buffet variety was great. My young kids were made to feel very welcomed. There was great attention to our needs from Hotel Manager, Anwin. He always ensured that we had received everything we needed. He added so much value to our stay and we would return anytime knowing that he would be there to provide us with great welcome. All the staff in the dining area should be commended for their top quality service, we cannot fault the hotel service at all. Appreciate the room staff for their servicing of the rooms everyday they were neat and tidy with clean towels. Also appreciate that a mini fridge was added to accommodate me keeping my medication in there.

Some of the furniture could do with an upgrade. The balconies are not walled off, so you can see all the balconies of the other rooms on your floor. This was a first for me.

A fantastic location looking out over the lush breen of one of Feorge's many golf courses. Exyremely helpful and friendly staff both at reception, the bar and in the restaurant. The beds were very comfortable beds and we enjoyed the views from the balcony. The breakfast menu was very varied and both continental and full breakfasts were enjoyable.

Breakfast, it's seems like they brought culinary students to come n assist N different options were not there N the fact that I stayed 29 days n paid close to R60k, n I was not able to be accommodated for Breakfast that every morning I must pay R500 for me n my spouse for daily Breakfast. N I was told they can't assist my agent must assist which I didn't have. That sometimes by 15:00 the room is not cleaned n not mopped on the floor

If you are smell sensitive, there was quite strong smell of cleaning products in the room. The quality of the food in the restaurant was a little disappointing.

There wasn't any activity for the kids except 1 table tennis board and a pool table which they only got to play once due to other guests also wanting to play. This was situated in a small room with no seating for onlookers. Not very practical.

The staff are very nice and helpful but they lack training and this aspect needs to be addressed. Many of them obviously do not understand how overseas visitors may have different ways to describe things like Irish coffee as a simple example or what the items on the menu are or that if the booking was made via a booking agency that is what has been agreed with the visitor and that they do not expect any changes to the billing. Having made this comment we would say that overall the stay was very good.

The facilities were very good, and every thing was very clean.

An odd odor in the room itself. We asked for a another room. Same things there. The patio lacked table and chair and had cigarette butts all over. No refrigerator in the room as specified. No sofa in the room as specified.

Good service that did their best to accomodate our needs and wishes. Good restaurant, with tasty food. Lovely outside seating that overlook the golf course and beautiful surroundings.
