The rooms feel so premium that I was just hoping for slightly better coffee - but honestly, for the price point, I can't complain.

The room was fantastic and the location is prime, everything is walking distance.

Extremely unhappy at being charged twice by the hotel for the booking and then being charged for breakfast on my check out even though it was already included in the price and any extra items were paid for at the time. The receptionist couldn’t even figure out what the charges were for. By the way received no apologies for the double payment even though it took three weeks and a lot of hassle to get my money back.

NO BACK UP GENERATOR OR SOLAR. PLUS WE WERE ON THE 5TH FLOOR AND LIFT DIDNT OPERATE FOR NEARLY 2 DAYS INCLUDING ARRIVAL DAY. POOL IS ONLY PLUNGE SIZE. ROOM FLOOR WAS DIRTY, STAFF NEED BETTER EQUIPMENT TO CLEAN. SOME FURNITURE NEEDED REPAIRS, TABLE TOP LOOSE CHAIR LOOSE. HAIRDRYER NOT WORKING. BATHROOM BASIN TOO SMALL AND NO SPACE FOR TOILETRIES. PILLOWS LUMPY. NOT A 4 STAR MAYBE 3.5

The reception staff attitude if you make a request for maintenance. The lack of responding to maintenance issues. The lack of security esp at night as anyone can walk into the building.

The location, the lovely manager and the Cleaning Lady and the night receptionist were fabulous

The room was not very clean when we arrived and there was no bedding for the third guest. I did not realise that we had to book a parking. The whole building should be smoke free. The guests next to us smoked on their balcony which drifted into our room.

Good beds, and a great location with good views of the sea. Very nice to be able to have a drink at the cafe on the beach road

The house keeping staff at the property is very noisy. The lift was not working during my stay, one of the staff was taking goods via the stairs and banging on the stairs so loud at 7am. I don’t want to be woken up at 7am when I am on holiday!!! Constant slamming of doors and speaking loud outside rooms so early in the morning. No thnx!!!

The staff at the Jooma restaurant are not very attentive. On our last day, they got our order wrong and they always chatting loudly amongst themselves.

I booked in June, requested a sea facing room I was told they were fully booked, for someone who booked in June that was very disappointing when there were new people checking in but the staff refused to move us but overall was happy with everything else.

We booked two rooms. And one room was poorly cleaned (in second floor) We lived in first floor and it’s was very noisy from reception . And also on first floor in bathroom from time to time smells cigarettes from ventilation

Nothing. Only thing is you get tea, coffee and milk only arrival but not many. Some more would be good.

Fantastic location. Eating choices range from the onsite coffee shop to smart hotel restaurants and fast food right on the promenade. Bright and welcoming entrance, great spa treatments at good prices Everything you can want for self-catering if you choose.

The restaurant service and food were bad. And the breakfast was not free. Long waiting period for food and bad food served.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. And I enjoyed my suite. There was free WiFi and access to Netflix for non subscribers and other apps available. I also enjoyed the private outside area in each suite. And lastly, but not least, the heated pool was amazing.
