Location

From the time I arrived there was no one immediately available to open the gate. The number provided just rang without an answer after a couple of tries. The cleaner eventually woke up from sleeping and opened for me, it shouldn’t have been her responsibility. After that I couldn’t see anyone to assist around the property it was so quiet. I asked for an iron via WhatsApp as no answer when I called. Still no response till the next morning, again I called and texted until I walked around the property. There is no indication of a reception or entrance, no one answered until I was extremely late for work. The male owner eventually came out and tried to blame the poor cleaner for their shortcomings, then proceeded to tell the cleaner that I have attitude. The bed sheets looked old and the towels were not white, look discoloured.

No breakfast, hosts were excellent they made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Will definitely use them again.

The host Sunny was exceptional everything that I needed was there a quiet and neat place to stay will be back again.

The quietness of the place. And the pool was clean.

It is very far from the beach and little did I know I have to bring my twin plug to charge my phone,they don’t have water to drink in the room 😢they don’t serve breakfast and couldn’t connect to the Wifi.

Nothing coz I never stay there ...the host isn't accommodate me when I needed to check in early and refused to refunded.

Bad experience

I truly enjoyed my stay. I appreciated the host’s relaxed approach, allowing guests their space while being readily available if needed. The location is fantastic, it is conveniently close to the Gateway Shopping Centre. My room was clean upon check-in and was equipped with all the basic appliances I needed. The bed linen was fresh, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was a lifesaver on one of the hotter days, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.

While I didn’t mind tidying up my room daily, it would have been helpful if basic cleaning supplies, such as a broom and mop, were provided, especially for longer stays like mine (5 nights). Additionally, there was no designated place for garbage disposal, so when the one supplied got full I had to load some rubbish into my car to dispose of elsewhere. There was also no twin plug adapter in the room (though I admit I didn’t request one, which likely would’ve been provided), so I ended up buying one the next day to charge my phone and laptop. Another minor inconvenience was the single light switch that controlled all the lights, including the bathroom. Its location, far from the bed, made it tricky to turn the lights on in the dark without fumbling around or opening a curtain first. It’s worth noting that the above inconveniences may be specific to my room. Despite these minor issues, my stay was overall enjoyable and could be enhanced with a few simple adjustments.
