I'm more of a sun person so I couldn't fully appreciate the very beautiful garden full of shade trees.

Very pleasant and helpful owner and staff. We only had the accommodation for one night, so we could not use all its benefits (such as the swimming pool). The equipment of the cabin was older, but clean and functional. Very tasty English breakfast. An ideal place to spend the night before entering the National Park.

Brian was really nice from welcoming us until we left it was a short stay but I could say alot about the place, it's quite and accommodated our 10month baby, the breakfast was good and their staff are very nice and welcoming we had abit of problem with our car and Brian was there asking us if we were OK it really means alot we will definitely come back the view too is good❤️

We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was welcoming us at the gate and we parked inside the property. The room was very clean, amazing and spacy and had an unique shape with a view in the backyard (was more a botanical garden with little ponds and tropical plants. Gerda helped us with information about the KNP and routes we can travel. Breakfast (fruits, beacon eggs, cereals, etc.) was served on a terrasse with a view on the landscape. We loved the Tatenda guest house. Karin and Francois.

Everything the staff were helpful, the place was comfortable. Brian was helpful in giving us all the information about places to see. Breakfast was great. The place was beautiful and comfortable.

The three beds in the lounge was unusual but didnt bother us, we slept well despite other guests arriving late - they did not wake us, we heard nothing and are light sleepers! The separate bedroom was lovely esp as we had a sick child and he could sleep. Smoke come in the room from foresr fires, but not the fault if the property as these are spontaneous in dry season. The place is nicer than the photos!! Everything worked, they maintain it really well. The cats are a bonus!!

Spacious, clean, friendly, lovely grounds and pets. Areas to relax in and felt welcoming. TV channels was a lovely break for the kids. . Local restaurant menu was a bonus as food was fab. Self catered and had loads of dishes, mugs etc.

One bedroom and toilet in the appartment were old and should be renovated. Also the beds in the same living room were not very handy.

Good place close to the Kruger entrance. The appartment was big enough for the whole family. The breakfast in the garden was awsome!

The lodge has to embark on a serious drive on dealing with cockroaches. I understand that due to heavy rains in SA there is an Infestation. That was the only downside.

Thank you for your hospitality. You have a wonderful property which we enjoyed immensely especially stroking your cats. Breakfast was fantastic on the deck looking over the hills. It was an easy drive to the Kruger Park. The Mall is close by so we could stock up at the supermarket before going to Kruger.

I found a cat on the bed when we were checking in, I'm not a fan at all, let alone having allergic problems.

I like everything about the establishment. I did not experienced anything negative during my stay there.

The hosts Brian & Gerda were such a lovely couple who took care of us. They are never tired to make sure that our stay is comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast also, is just okay but nothing to write home about it. I would say it was satisfactory. I would not hesitate to say I will be back at the place in the near future (which is in two months time).
