Visitors need to be aware that the facility indicates no smoking indoors. This means that smokers are able to use the swimming pool area, which they did in abundance during my visit. It is impossible to open one's room doors onto the pool oasis area when smokers are sitting at the outdoor chairs and tables, the stink of cigarette smoke wafts into one's room, it is very unpleasant. Also, my second stay applies: my room had obviously had a smoker use it before me - the pillow and mattress smelt of smoke, I could smell that a smoker had been in the room from the minute I walked in. This was not pleasant - a) I did not experience this during my longer first stay b) I was only there for one night for my second stay so elected to not complain nor request a change of rooms.

Perfect location for my needs. Very secure property, which is a high priority for me. Friendly and helpful hosts.

The wind will cause the patio door to close on windy days. A sort of slot or something to keep the door in position would be nice. I used a brick which was nearby though and it worked fine.

The room was excellent. Beautiful bathroom and shower, and the smart TV even comes with an OpenView decoder.

1. Smoking was allowed by bench by pool. Another (smoking) guest was permanently sitting in same spot for our 6days- early morning till late at night. The location deprived us from ever using the pool or even sitting by the bench. Because she was sitting directly by our French door , we could not even think of opening it to enjoy the cascading water. So your pool that is a main feature of your establishment is a smoking area. Bench is also located directly by living room which allows smoke to filter into a very cozy and relaxing space. 2. TV in room. Convenient but also a nuisance. Neighboring guest had volume so loud that we could hear everything she was watching and till wee hours of morning.

There isn't proper ventilation so you need to keep the door leading to the pool open. The pool wasn't very big to swim in.

It was quite hot, so maybe they can buy a little fan that they can put away in the closet and use when needed.

Very nice couple and very accommodating. Their check-in time is until 5pm and when I asked if I can check-in a bit later due to work commitments, they were more than happy to help. Also great that they have free cereal in the morning and coffee machine in the room and kitchen.

No window in the room just double door. Not safe to leave it open at night. Only one bin and in the bathroom. Wasn't emptied after previous guests.

The window in the kitchen didn't latch. The security gate at the front door didn't lock. The shower in the one room ran all the time and was an irritating noise while trying to sleep and the shower curtain is too short so water leaks onto the floor. The handle on the French door was broken.

My husband and his sister were vsiting family in the area, so the location was good. They didn't use the facilities much. The beds were comfortable. We believe that renovations are immanent and look forward to our next visit.

The person staying said that things could get a little awkward if it was busy and there were a lot of people, simply because of space.

Housekeeping could have been better, spider webs on bathroom windows, dishes were not washed properly, bins not emptied everyday, towels not changed frequently, hand towels not provided, no towels for swimming, creepy crawly not working in pool.
