The "men in blue suits"......aloof and boring. Housekeeping Staff requires better training and a bit more sophistication in order to navigate more pristine finishing touches generally.

The Front-of-house Ladies, Enthea, Martha and other Team Members, are the Backbone of the hotel. Very helpful, friendly and undoubtedly, makes the effort to contribute to a Guests' memorable.stay and experience. Simply wonderful. Restaurant waiters.......really great!.....oh! and the Barman, Honest.........is a national treasure at the hotel.

Another wonderful stay in this gem of a hotel. From the moment you check in you start to feel the special elegant and restful ambiance of this beautifully decorated hotel. Rooms are tasteful, light and airey with a lovely nautical feel. Bed also extremely comfortable. Beer battered hake served in the restaurant was some of the best we have ever eaten and their breakfasts are what one would expect from a 5 star establishment - fabulous ! To Ian, thank you for going above and beyond to make our stay special ! We will be back again.

Hotel is split across two locations with two small pools. Perhaps segment the adults from those with small and noisy children across the two locations?

Only that we were unable to extend our stay because so many other people obviously know about this place (jokes!)...nothing to complain about.

The views outside our suite must be unparalleled. We had bright sunny, if somewhat chilly, weather that emphasized the jaw-dropping beauty of the waves coming into Lookout Beach. It really is glorious. The staff were very quick to help us deal with our trailer (this was a break during our camping trip) and were always friendly, helpful and informative. After a bracing swim and body-surfing at Lookout, we spent a delicious half-hour warming up in their heated pool across the road continuing to drink in the lovely sea views. The restaurant serves delicious meals in the evening, one of which we shared with old friends who happened to be visiting Plett at the same time. The breakfasts were superb, with lots of variety to suit anyone's taste and allowing us as ever to enjoy the blue skies and seas, even from an inside table. The beds were sumptuous and the room was tastefully tastefully decorated. This really is a high class establishment that has attracted a strong interest from international visitors. It certainly deserves every bit of the high reputation it has built up and made the most of its almost unique position.

The pools were small and not enough room for sun beds. The space in between was limited hence felt a bit cramped.

The breakfast choice was excellent, the restaurant was excellent for dinner as was the complementary mini bar. The views were breathtaking, and the staff were attentive and cheerful. The general decor was beautiful. Great security.

Located within easy walking distance of Main Street & the Whale viewpoint.The view from the hotel is magnificent. It is worth every penny to book a Seaview room. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel on our first night. All the staff and management were friendly and very welcoming. Car parking is directly outside the hotel.

The views are absolutely stunning, and the rooms were so comfortable. What made our stay next level amazing was the team that works there, who when they knew I was pregnant and my partner was injured went out of their way to make us feel as cared for as possible. I’ve never been so well looked after, we can’t wait to come back and see everyone again!
