Advice about parking. Was tricky at first with quite a steep driveway.

Breakfast was good. Nice variety. Beach close and very clean. Water warm. Beautiful view overlooking the sea. Nice to have the SPA on site. Lot's to do and see in Simonstown close by.

The after hours receptionist was a bit dour and the shower temp and strength could have been better.

The facility is beautifully located right opposite a quiet, private little beach. Views are amazing and interaction with the owner was very pleasant. breakfast was amazing.

The parking is small, you need a small car !

We had a wonderful stay at the Whale View Manor and Spa. The rooms are confortable, the ocean view, the breakfast,… and everybody is so helpful and nice. The guesthouse is really a great place to stay, it’s quiet and you sleep hearing the ocean waves.

Some of the property could do with a deep clean. Blinds and cushions in bedroom stained. Due to location outside town more difficult to get an Uber from here. Having a car to stay at this property would be more beneficial.

Breakfast was delicious and served looking over the sea. Very relaxing. The location is perfect. Property overlooks a smaller less crowded beach. 40minute walk from the centre of Simon's town. Stunning views from bedrooms and communal areas. Safe and secure with electric gate and staff always present.

Literally No WiFi or connection in the area No food deliveries to the area except one suggested who we couldn't reach on the phone bearing in mind that the hotel does not serve lunch or dinner, so if you didn't have a car you were stuck to get anything to eat. Just a Little attention to detail needed, no bin in the bathroom and didn't receive coffee pods everyday.

Parking area quite tight with steep incline. Luke warm water in the morning when all rooms full, probably everybody taking long showers all at once. No airconditioner.

Comfortable house! Excellent beds and great breakfast. Friendly host.

Access with so many steps. We had lots of luggage as travelling for 3 weeks. Breakfast - didn’t have everything we wanted - felt like because only guests we had to make do. Whilst we did walk into town 40mins , we had to go in the car in the evening as too dark to walk back. Not an ideal location for a one night stop

Our room was smaller than our friends, and we booked all together, so i most probably expected the same... The parking is problematic. Informed guests before the time not to block parking. We had to get out and walk all the way upstairs because the entrance was blocked

Bedroom was freezing (heated mattress helped) bedrooms were dated, updates were being planned after discussion with owner, few things - one friend no toilet paper/towels on arrival, simply need tightening up the processes and it would make a difference!
