The standard and quality of the food is not good. The variety is small and it is not the buffet breakfast we expected.

Unfortunately the hotel does not advertise that it is Halaal, this in itself is not a problem, but choices of food for other tastes are different. The hotel is a bit rundown and with a bit more love and attention could be one of the best. Maybe choices for all people in the diningroom and a place where you can buy cooldrinks, water, snacks etc. The games room was very rundown and needed a good revamp.

That half the hotel has been turned into student accomadation. Did not feel the safety that you would normally feel at a hotel. If i had know this before hand i would not have booked there.

Breakfast was okay. Nothing much to talk about. The staff where very friendly and tried there best to do what they can to make our stay as pleasant as possible with what they had to work with.

False advertising according to their website....it boasts about a cocktail bar and restaurant....there is no cocktail bar anymore and looks like there hasn't been in years...the bar is all closed up and empty....restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner and you have to let them know in advance that you are joining.....food is all halaal (no mention of this on their website).There is only a room no fridge...the hotel is limited with fridges and you have to book one should you want to stay there.

Staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful.....someone got stuck in the lift and the staff were frantic to assist.....that should have been management to deal with the issue. Location is a winner. We got lucky with our room as ours was livable for the time we had booked.

The restaurant has amazing staff, but a very limited menu, except for breakfast, which is on par. We couldn't buy softdrinks, or have other types of cofee - a barrista would be awesome in the space. I can really suggest a mini fridge and a microwave with cutlery and crockery for each room.

The hotel is clean and well positioned. Staff is friendly and professional. No loadshedding! We can see that there is renovation ongoing, so the blankets are old, but its clean. Old bathrooms, but clean. Its newly tiled.

The decor in the room was very outdated. The bathroom was terrible. It needs to be updated. My sister was booked in at Wilderness Beach resort, for the same number of days as we were in the hotel, and they paid much less than what we did for a much more modern, fesh up to date room and awesome views of the ocean from their room. I would live to come back to the wilderness hotel and find it revamped and updated

Aircons can’t handle the heat so it was boiling. There was a cockroach in the room. Also had a cricket in the curtains that went on from 2 am.

Location. On a cliff and where paragliders take of and land. You can sit outside your room and watch.
