Lovely hotel. Helpful staff. Beautiful rooms. Great pool area. Had a lovely buffet dinner in the restaurant. We had to leave before breakfast the next morning, so they packed us a generous breakfast box for the road. We were there on a Sunday so the roads were quiet. They have a big backup generator, so we didn't notice the power cut. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: The hotel's Wi-Fi connection can be a bit slow and unreliable at times. The rooms could benefit from a bit more soundproofing, as some noise from the hallway and surrounding rooms can be heard. The hotel's gym and fitness facilities are a bit limited, with only a few machines and no free weights.

Pros: The hotel has a great location, close to the city center and major attractions. It’s always a very nice place to stay, to relax and to enjoy.

On the first day after check in they forgot to replenish the fridge ith the complimentary bottles of water, so we had to order from room service which charged us, the day after to make up for it they gave us 4 bottles, though.

All the staff are amazing! kind, always available and useful. I would recommend to anyone! Flyness on reception and all the restaurant/bar staff were great!

We ordered shuttle from the airport but they never came and we were looking them for an hour or so. However, we were offered a compensation so all good. I can really recommend this hotel, it's an excellent one!

An excellent hotel with nice and clean rooms and friendly staff and peaceful location with walking distance from The Cathedral of the Holy Cross and National Museum. They have a lovely pond with baby crocodiles and Musuku restaurant with excellent vegetarian friendly food. They also served us an amazing breakfast, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever enjoyed, if not the best.

Attitude and service of staff in the bar. Was kept waiting for 45 mins after being given menu, despite someone being at the bar chatting with other staff. When asked for help from waiter, they said they not responsible and would call someone and disappeared for 20 mins. When we were finally served, staff hang around the till talking loudly. It was not a good experience at all. Staff in the main dining area were more efficient and pleasant.
