I love the excellent staff. Everyone was happy to help, despite being very busy. The overall vibe and design of the place is really that of a safari lodge. Enjoyed swimming in the refreshing pool and watching wild animals in the watering hole such as elephants, buffaloes, warthogs while having delicious breakfast. My husband and I also enjoyed the Boma Dinner and Dance show, what a night! We also appreciate their effort to promote public awareness in the conservation efforts for the vultures in their culture vulture show. 5 stars!

I battled with the height of the bed, was way to high, consider offering a step. Prices are high but this was consistent with the whole of Victoria Falls.

Our stay was too short!

What a beautiful setting. Staff was very friendly and offered to assist without even having to be asked. We stayed in the Double Suite with Waterhole View. It was nicely decorated. You can either sit on the balcony, or in the upstairs bedroom, and watch the animals drink at the waterhole from the Suite. The view was worth every cent. Don't forget to bring binoculars! Unit had everything we needed. A separate toilet downstairs, and a full bathroom upstairs, which included a shower and bath. It also had a mini bar included. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. You can either eat from the buffet, or order off the menu, or choose from both. The main building has various levels, which includes the restaurant, swimming pool, and lounge seating, with all the levels having a view over the waterhole. The viewing of the Vulture feeding at 1pm was an amazing experience and I would recommend it to everyone visiting the area. The ranger was very informative and you could see he loved doing what he does. There is no charge for this, but a tip is always appreciated.

The pool is icy cold but I liked it! Perfect way to cool down . Pretty too!

Warm welcome, friendly, helpful staff, beautiful room with waterhole view. Peaceful. Super good. Boma dinner was fun. Tour desk helped with excursions. It was a dream to stay here and experience the African landscape and wildlife. Saw Crocodile, impala, eland, kudu, marabou storks, buffalo, vultures and more from our room and the hotel bar, restaurant. Amazing

The staff always seemed very busy. Some requests, including check-in and check-out, were lost in the 'chaos' and took extra time.

The breakfast was good. There was a wide selection of food. Location and views of watering hole were amazing.

An excellent safari lodge that is expensive but worthwhile. Wildlife at the waterhole was varied and frequent. Although the bar food menu is not large, the quality of the food is excellent. Above all, though, the staff are incredibly efficient, hlepful and welcoming.

A bit if a wobble at check out

The reception staff who booked our cruise and helped with the Itenarary, is fantastic. Ropafadzo is also a great waitress. I also liked the way they are so coordinated.

The lodge - hotel is however very large. The lobby is busy as a railway station - airport hall.

Great Location with a fantastic view on a large pond with elephants, buffalos,..... coming on a regular basis. Friendly and very helpful staff. Fantastic room on 2 floors. Very convenient shuttle bus to the city (but limited frequency).

The territory, the views, the staff. Everything was of absolutely exceptional quality and surpassed expectations. Watching animals around the water hole throughout the day , wherever you were , your room or the pool, is as absolutely incredible. Helicopter noise in day. No option for Salmon available for breakfast.

Staff very friendly and attentive to your needs like Parrot at entrance. Large variety of options available for breakfast. Coffee great, just size too small.
