The host is really nice, he’s handsome too! This is my first time in the north of Morocco and noticed the difference between south and north Moroccans. Place is really nice so many table and chairs to hang and breakfast was amazing. Would love to go back again.

This was our first stop on a multi-city tour of medinas in Morocco in advance of our daughter's wedding in Marrakesh. We had little idea of what to expect. Our visit was exceptional. Mohamed met us at the entry to the medina and handled our luggage all the way up to our room. We were then offered Moroccan tea and sweets on the rooftop where we first saw the panorama of the Blue City. He, and the entire staff, were warm and welcoming. He gave us great recommendations for places to see and where to eat. All of his suggestions were perfect. Breakfasts were magnificent and coupled with views that provided us with a lifetime of memories. Our walk to the Spanish mosque on our final morning there provided views that will be forever etched in our minds. We had one plumbing issue that was corrected immediately. Staying there was the perfect spot to making us comfortable in Morocco and lessened any anxiety we might have had in staying at unknown to us riads. Last thing, our room had a view of the local school. That might not seem ideal to many people, but for us it was nice to hear the excited voices of young people during the day and particularly when they had phys ed or recess. If we ever return to Chefchaouen, we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

- the Riad: the rooms are brand new, with new furniture and amazing morroccan old style - the location : in the old city, you can do all the sightseeings by foot, as an advise don’t bring heavy suitcases, backpacks are more convenient, there is no car access in the whole old city, but the hotel staff will come to you, and help you with the luggages. -the food: authentic Moroccan breakfast served on the terrace with an amazing view. The staff: the best staff ever, Omar and Amjad were very kind and helplful.

The staff were so helpful and friendly! We had some issues with a taxi not showing up for us and Mohammed (one of the staff / managers) called his friend to help us. The amenities were excellent and breakfast on the terrace was delicious. This Riad is central in the Medina! Would stay here again!

The experience was excellent. The hotel is an antique house that is very clean and quiet, as no cars are allowed in the area. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony, which overlooked the stream, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's only a few minutes’ walk to the spring and the old city, and if you enjoy walking, you can easily reach the mountains as well.
