It was a pleasant surprise. At first, I thought they were closed, but behind non translucent sliding doors a nice concoction of cultures and colors opened up. A bit of glorious past, but everything worked and was clean. A very pleasant surprise was the bicycle saferoom and the short walk to the city center, topped off with a good breakfast.

I find this hotel as a really great swiss traditional hotel. The hotel rooms have really great views. I had a single room, but the size of the room was just fantastic with a mountain view. I arrived on the swiss national day. The hotel was very nice decorated, the stuff had very nice swiss national clothes. The stuff is very nice. The breakfast room is very nice as well and the breakfast is nice, where you can try the local cheese as well.

It's a traditional chalet hotel in a quieter area a little above the town, with everything one would expect, including, of course, the spectacular view promised in the name. Our apartment was very spacious and well equipped. There is a lift, if you're exhausted from a day in the mountains. Breakfast buffet has quite a lot of choice, all to a high standard. With five people, it was good value.

The location is very good with easy access to places of interest in Bern either by walking or bus. A traditional hotel room with ensuite all fully functional and clean. Breakfast was a buffet with a more than adequate choice.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It's located on a busy street, but it didn't matter to us as our room was facing the courtyard. The room was spacious with quiet air-co and large bathroom. We had complimentary water as well as coffee. There was no iron and ironing board, but we called the reception and they brought it in less than 5 minutes.

Excellent and well furnished breakfast in a nice, traditional setting. We liked the location in a little village close to a nice church and a historic, wooden bridge.

Traditional decoration and very clean. Nice view on this amazing scenery. Very good breakfast.
