Fabulous room overlooking the main square, and at Christmas the square was fantastically decorated for the festivities. Loved the colourful, musical fountains! Facilities were perfect.
Excellent and very accommodating hosts. Historical building. Quiet and rural location.
Location of the hotel is OK for the historical town and not too far from traditional restaurants. Breakfast was continental with sufficient variation but bottle of milk standing without refrigeration was not good.
A charming traditional French hotel in a beautiful part of the city. From our balcony we could see La Coquille - a famous architectural gem set in the wall of a building opposite. It's a St Jacques shell to guide the pilgrims en route to Santiago de Compostela in medieval times.
Good location, very close to tram and central city. Facilities were good and staff helpful. Easy to stay in, low effort! Enjoyed the extra shared spaces like the courtyard, the library.
Our room and deck had a glorious view over the port. The pool was delightful. The free parking directly adjacent to the hotel was a real bonus.
Loved this eccentric chambres d'hotes. Original old medieval house with inner courtyard, stone staircase and lots of art. Great location in the centre of town with plenty of secure bicycle storage.
Small quaint town but near the main routes. Delicious breakfast in courtyard setting. Traditional stone house with large rooms and circular staircase. Good hot shower. Canopy drape above large wooden bedstead.
Kyriad hotels are always great. Comfortable, reasonable priced and good food. This one is on the outskirts of Carcassone but a 15 min taxi ride will get you to the famous historical castles and battlements. Just make sure you book a return journey as finding a taxi is almost an impossibility. We stopped over on a road trip and the location is ideal for easy access to the road networks.
Irene and Roger could not have been more helpful with lots of local advice. The breakfast choices were delicious served in the wonderful courtyard. Our room was a beautiful combination of traditional and modern. A fantastic stay, we will be back! Andy & Julie
