Best ever Riad stay in Morocco for our family of five. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival by the staff. Soufiane took care of parking of our rental car. He communicated fluently and effectively in English and took care of our requests promptly. Our family of five stayed in two adjacent rooms with comfortable beds. The water pressure for the shower is the best that we experience In Morocco.

We really enjoyed our stay at this riad, from the mint tea welcome, to the point that we left the following morning. The central courtyard was lovely and the rooms were nicely decorated. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace, where we ate a delicious dinner. The staff were great, with a special mention for Sukina, the night manager, who was delightful. The location was great, inside the old medina. As expected, there can be no on-site parking inside the medina, so we parked in a car park outside the wall and had a carossa transport our luggage to the riad.

The service is excellent, they are always available to help you with whatever you need, they are super helpful. The morning we were leaving we had to leave very early and they had prepared breakfast for us so we could take it with us. The experience of the hamman and the massage were excellent!!

Everything....the owner and the stuff are all very friendly and nice. The place ist very clean and the food ist awesome! It's Not far from the Medina and we defintely will come back.

Our stay in Riad Zaya Fes was absolutely perfect, mainly thanks to Youssef and his team. He was in contact with us even before our arrival, providing all the necessary information and organizing everything very well. He explained clearly how to reach the parking area, met us there personally, helped with our luggage, and made our arrival completely stress-free. Youssef was almost available around the clock, extremely helpful, and very well organized. He also arranged the airport transfer, which worked smoothly and reliably. Throughout our stay, he gave us plenty of useful information about the city and great tips for sightseeing and excursions. We felt very well taken care of at all times.
