It’s an incredibly beautiful riad rivalling palaces for the decor. Quite easy to find once you get your bearings. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely rooftop to have tea in the evening.

Their warmth and attention to detail truly made the experience unforgettable. Special thanks to Omar, Maria and Anuar who made our stay the most beautiful of all Riad experiences in Morocco! Furthermore, one of the most wonderful experiences was the cooking class we took with Chef Omar! Very recommended! He did not only show us the art of cooking with a Tajine but went to the market with us, sharing his insightful knowledge about Morocco and the Amazigh culture. Dar Bensouda is located in the heart of Fes’s Medina, just 15-minute walk from Batha Square. This riad offers en suite rooms, 2 courtyards and a swimming pool. Very good breakfast. Amazing décor of the rooms. Great restaurant.

The night manager became very close with us and took us on a tour of the medina and a palace in the medina. We ended up being invited to his home where his mom made a wonderful lunch for us. the room was good and large enough for our needs. location was great, right in the medina.

The riad was exactly as it was pictured. The staff were very kind and helpful. Yousef who welcomed us and looked after us during our stay could not do enough for us. Yousef helped us when we were lost, gave us recommendations, and explained the history of the city. The breakfast was amazingly fresh and delicious. Nice, safe, and clean location in walking distance to the old medina . I would highly recommend Riad Zaya Fes and would happily stay there again.
