Even though it's a hotel but in reality, it's an apartment. It has a kitchen, a small fridge, a private bathroom, and dishes. The sauna was great, especially after hiking in the mountains. Self check-in is also greatly organised

The room was spacious and beautiful, the view was spectacular. The food was delicious and very nice service. Attention to details, we travelled with a baby and we had everything we needed in the room (changing table, cot) Very easy to walk around with a stroller (winter walking trails were prepared)

This is the most gorgeous setting of all the hotels during my month long Europe vacation! The hotel is decorated perfectly for the beautiful mountain setting. The dinners and breakfasts were amazing, so glad we included them in our stay. It was nice after a day of hiking to know we didn't have to look for a place for dinner - our hotel had probably the best option around for miles! The staff was extremely helpful for hiking and adventure suggestions also.

The two staff members we met were both friendly and kind. Breakfast was of ample variety and good quality. The room was clean. The decor in the room and throughout the hotel was charming and fit the location. Passes for the Gondola were given to us by the staff and that also was useful. The location is quiet, out in the open, we arrived at night, and had no idea of the surroundings. The next morning it was just an eye-opener when we looked out the window. With fresh air, and wide open scenery, definitely will like to come back and ride bicycles.
