The Guesthouse was such a delight. Centrally located; just steps from the Habsburg Palace and the Opera House, the hotel offered very comfortable accommodations. The front staff were always smiling and eager to help with any requests. Because it is a small hotel, the staff seemed to quickly know us by name and we felt like it was home for the duration of our stay. We definitely would recommend The Guesthouse. Special note needs to be made about the on-site Brassierie. The wait staff was professional, accommodating and efficient, and the food was delicious.

The location was great, very close the the centre and has a supermarket and a pharmacy right around the corner. The reception staff were very helpful, a special thank you to Ronald and Anestasia for helping us with all our questions.

Great location , right near the Christmas bow decoration, lots of restaurants nearby All the staff are super nice and helpful. Great room , lots of space , the bathroom is heated so the room is very warm.

The hotel was great, service fabulous, Anneka who checked us in, Daniel who gave us the hotel tour, Matthias who booked restaurants and the phenomenonal local tour guide Anna! Thanks you all. Best in city swimming pool, sauna, steam room, breakfast great and it changes just enough daily… also, good gluten free and lovely art collection of owner on display! Great location!
