As I arrived, I was greeted at the front desk by helpful staff. They were knowledgeable in telling me how to get to the room. When I got to the room, it was gorgeous. It was very spacious with giant windows and a comfortable bed period. The room included washer and dryer, which also had detergent. In order to use for free, there was also soap and sponge sponge to wash the dishes that were used. There was a TV sofa and plenty of space for more than one person. All appliances included were new and clean upon arrival. Everything was centrally located in the city and I was able to walk to any place that I needed to go shopping or buy things for.

The room war exceptionally clean and comfortable. There is also a pool, a sauna, and a gym which can be accessed until 10 pm without any additional costs. The apartment was very spacious, there was also a balcony with a beautiful view (we stayed at level 10).

Food was excellent and beyond expectations. Prices for room service was also very reasonable and comparable to restaurants in tbr Southbank area. We were also upgraded to a room with a balcony that was spacious and had a semi-complete kitchen with a full-size fridge, microwave and crockery and coffee machine.
