Everything. It's so understated and beautiful. No review adequately expressed how relaxing beautiful and comfortable the reserve is. Rainforest walks, beach walks , swimming pools, restaurant, bar staff, special shout out to Jay! This is a place to return to.

What is there not to like at the Sheraton Grand Mirage! This is a 5-star facility with an endless supply of fun and comfort. We left the first hotel we had reserved on Booking.com because it was a disaster and filthy. We decided to sperge on the Grand Mirage, and we were so happy that we did. This is a true resort-style accommodation. There were so many pools we did not even see all of them. The rooms were fully stocked and fit our family of 4 perfectly. The restaurants were all first class, and the staff was all amazing. My son and I golfed, and we all swam all day. It was the most relaxing part of our 2-week trip to Australia. We were so happy that the first hotel was so bad, making us move to the Sheraton.

Aidan was extremely friendly and very helpful. He explained thoroughly the location and recommended places to eat. The room was extremely clean and well thought out. Air conditioning worked well and the small touches in the bathroom e.g. make-up facecloth - were an added bonus.

Regal Port Douglas is just 215 yards from the beach, right at the start of the restaurant strip in Port Douglas.

Absolutely beautiful spot. The apartment was gorgeous and well appointed. Even street view is fine as there is little traffic noise. Steps to the main drag with shops and restaurants galore. Awesome pool area.
