Very clean, spotless really. Conveniently located. Super friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast and pub, on-site. Particularly appreciated the “Go Green” option which let us skip housekeeping in exchange for a $15 voucher that could be used toward a beverage.

    Breakfast was fantastic, lots of variety. On site lunch and dinner options were also good, we tried the Local pub, Japanese, and Pizza , all were excellent with Japanese being a stand out. Rooms were always toasty warm, beds very comfortable with good support for sore bodies after skiing. Perfect location to get to ski lifts and other activities. Live music in the evenings by the fire and kids movie night were also lovely , unexpected bonuses. Staff were very helpful and informative for complete newbies to skiing

    Great location with an awesome bar and fireplace to relax and have a drink after a day of skiing. Easy storage for ski gear and friendly, helpful staff.

    A lovely bottle of champagne on arrival ( it was our 40th anniversary and we had our honeymoon at your hotel) Breakfast was lovely, good variety, just could have catered a bit more for lactose intolerance, ( for example, only butter served)
