Anchorage Beach Resort was a special place. It was a few blocks away from the crowds and noise in the evenings, yet offered very comfortable rooms, great staff, and a wonderful balcony view overlooking the ocean. Bed was great, hot shower was excellent and wifi was strong. It is an older resort, but I loved the look and feel of it.

Everything. Pools were great. Beachfront. Restaurant/Bar. Glen the bartender has jokes for days!! They have water bottle filling stations on each floor by the stairs. Great location. 12 min walk on beach to downtown.

So you’re right on the Main Street across from the beautiful beach. Lots and lots of shops, restaurants and dive places. And you’re next door to Paradiso Cafe. Wonderful!
