Razen was really welcoming and helpful. Room was beautifully decorated, good lighting, excellent shower and decent breakfast. Excellent value for somewhere so close to downtown.

loved the European charm, Breakfast at The Arms was great. lovely staff. No carpet in the rooms, only under the bed ( this was the best!!!!). Do not remember if they had heated floors but the room was nice and cosy, also had a comfy blanket!
