We come to this hotel whenever we are in the Lucerne area. It is AMAZING! Love everything from the staff, to the incredible views from the balcony, the room service, the huge range of delicious foods for breakfast and the playroom for kids. This os the best hotel i have ever stayed in Europe. The interior is lovely, rooms big, dogs are welcomed. Swimming pool great in the cold days. Breakfast so tasty that you can't stop to eat:) restaurant menu is exceptional. And all of this in the room with the mountains view. Around the hotel the mou tain and lake virw is breath taking. There is a great forest parh for a walks. I definitely recommend.

Fantastic Hunting lodge setting with beautiful wilderness surroundings. Huskies are beautiful. Breakfast was exceptional. Met my families needs and then some. will definitely be returning in future years.
