This place is an amazing hidden gem. It was free of people, quiet, serene. The food was amazing. The surrounding village was so beautiful. Every turn around a corner was a post-card view.

I loved the family atmosphere this hotel provides. The rooms were nicely decorated. The staff was remarkably helpful. I asked for help with a doctor appointment for my wife and they were very cooperative and called and made the appointment. I very much appreciate their support throughout my stay. special thanks to Julian for going out of his way to help out.

Staff were amazing. We had a rough time earlier that day with some other accommodation and they took us last minute late at night and upgraded our room so we could cook some food we had and be comfortable. Can't tell you how much this was appreciated by us after a long day. Breakfast in the morning was very good and again the staff were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

看了一下booking的review记录, 可能我们是唯一入住的中国人甚至亚洲人. 也是看了review记录, 才知道这家B&B每天只开放一间房的预定. 所以我们是和host一起住在Lugano他们的家里. 总体来说很好, 有停车位, B&B前面是一片葡萄园(我们甚至看见了一只小鹿), 夜里很安静, host准备的早餐很好. 房间很舒适, 楼上的卫生间和房间不直接相连, 但是住客独享的. 几点tips送给后面入住的人: * host是一位nice的老奶奶, 但是她只会说一些简单的英文, 更prefer意大利语和德语, 所以沟通会有一些gap. * 因为是大家住在一间别墅里, 游客的活动区域是一楼的右边的一个小餐厅, 和自己的卧室. 比如客厅等区域是host自己的活动区域, 这个和以前入住的B&B还蛮不一样. * 如果需要玩得很晚回来的话, 建议和host沟通一下, 因为他们需要早起准备早餐.
