Small, warm and cozy room that has just everything you need for your stay(the bed was very comfortable)! We had a balcony with a view to one of the cathedrals nearby. The location of the hotel is just perfect - very close to restaurants, bars and public transport. I really like the fact that the owners of the hotel decided to preserve the old wooden staircase of the building(there is an elevator don't worry). The staff of the hotel is great - very friendly and open, they explained us a lot about the surrounding area and places we can visit.

Exceptionally clean rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Felt safe and close walking to downtown (15-20 min) and metro stops (8-10 min) and bus to downtown is right outside. The roof top patio was a nice surprise to have a drink and watch the boats on the Rhine.

Friendly staffs, very close to Dom with 3 minutes walk, Taxi always available at the front of the hotel. Staff help to call big taxi for 5 people travel together. We reach the hotel before check in time so we can leave the luggages at the hotel and walk around Dom and came back again to complete check in.

Everything was perfect! The best things about this hotel are the service, the staff, the location and the breakfast. Breakfast was amazing with lots of varieties, and the breakfast area as well as the hotel restaurant and bar were fantastic! The staff were very nice and friendly, specially the staff serving breakfast. Located right next to Ebertplatz. City center and everything you need is near. I highly recommend this hotel!
