The landlady looked after the guests in a very friendly manner. It was always an interesting and fun start into the day. The location is perfect, close to the river with the Elbe cycle path in front of the house. It was my birthday during the stay (I didn't mention it) but the staff were so observant they wished me a happy birthday and gifted me some chocolate which was really sweet. The room was large with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was exceptional. We also much appreciated the reception area, where one can relax in the evening, drinking tea or wine, while reading a book or playing board games.
