The stuffs were really polite, respectful, and more than that, they were happy. I believe being happy while working and loving the job is much more than being respectful and polite by force. So my family and I enjoyed it a lot and it was one of the best vacations we had. Also, the area at the beach was really beautiful. The food and the breakfast were perfect.

I loved the spa/pool area and the lovely pool was heated!! Everything was first class,really nice big towels, tea, water and fruit availability. My spacious room with balcony had a wonderful view of the lake and was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, breakfast offered excellent choices. Highly recommend this hotel!
