Everything was excellent. Nice and pleasant staff, hotel was on great location, with interesting stuff inside, like camera booth for free, table for game, renting free portable wi-fi when going out, etc. This with small gestures, like giving candies in the evening, and event like cheese and wine evenings, made our stay.

Excellent customer service. Reception personnel are very helpful, always trying to find a solution, never stop smiling. In our final night, we had toilet flush problem in our room. We were presented with varois optoins to mitigate the problem (change the room, keep the next room etc). In addition, we were also offered immediately two complimentary breakfasts. Fast, to the point and genuine. Rooms are very specious and comfortable too. I will definitely return to this hotel, thanks to very good customer service.
