Of course the location and facilities are great, but what special about this place is their amazing hospitality. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to staff “Ana” and “Amaia”. Ana welcomed us and gave us lots of recommendations of the city and celebrated my mom’s birthday. That was so sweet:) I left my important belongings at the hotel and they helped me a lot to deliver It to me. Thank you so much for everything:)

The location, overlooking La Concha, is idyllic. worthwhile paying the extra for a room overlooking the sea. very spacious rooms comfortable beds gorgeous bathroom. Isabelle, on reception was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Recommend La Perla spa.
