Lovely staff who go out of their way to help you. Even arranged a vet's appointment for tapeworm treatment for our dog to be able to return to uk. Beautiful food all organic and locally sourced . Fantastic location for walking and nature.. Saw a wild boar in the garden late one evening and deer and lots of redstarts among other birds . Also convenient for ferry terminal at Bilbao. So friendly and Marco and Jan are a very good team.

First - the accommodation is adapted for wheelchair users. Not a single step to access the apartment which also has stunning views. Bathroom is also adapted. We loved, the location, the views, the staff, the relaxed atmosphere.

My wife and I have been here a couple of times before. We consider this one of the hotels in The World that reflects our love for each other. It is a place where community lives and is being practiced. The men and women who work here remind me of a documentary called FISH. It is a documentary about a Fish Shop and the people who work at the shop in a big city in the USA. These men love their job and I feel the same in this wonderful hotel. Everybody is cheerful and the food is just awesome. And then, to add to that, there is this stunning view, the terras and great rooms. This time I am alone, on a bike, on my way to Santiago. I covered some extra miles to stay here tonight. I will keep coming back to this hotel. I consider it 'our house' in Spain.
