The location is unbeatable - minutes to the bus coach station, railway station, the biggest mall in the city and the center city. Everything was just lovely. Comfortable stay with all amenities available. The view from the studio was breathtaking. Th staff is polite and helpful. Cleanliness is to the top notch. Definitely the place is a find.

    Me and my partner loved it here, we only spent one night in the hotel however I mentioned in our booking that it was my boyfriends birthday thinking of maybe like they’ll let us check in early or something but they upgraded our room and we had complimentary food and drink. The staff we extremely professional yet super friendly and approachable we will absolutely be back 1000% recommend thank you to the two lovely ladies at reception who were so nice.

    We were upgraded from a Double room to a King-size room which was a nice surprise. The room was lovely. I liked the Nespresso machine as a nice touch. The staff were friendly and it was a lovely relaxing nights stay.

    We visit every year for our anniversary and this hotel never fails us. The staff are so friendly and helpful, we even had an anniversary card and chocolates waiting for us in the room thanks to the lovely Helen. It's right in the heart of the Christmas Market but set back so is lovely and quiet. The bar area is comfortable where you can relax and have a snack with your drinks. We had our breakfast brought to us in our room so didn't see the restaurant. Safe to say we can't wait to return next year...if not before 🤞
