We received a complimentary upgrade, drinks and a late check out with a lovely card in the room wishing is a happy anniversary wifh a Lindt bunny. Room was amazing and staff super friendly. I got a free upgrade on my room which was absolutely beautiful. The weather was awful but the bar and restaurant were cosy and warm and inviting. I was joined for dinner by 2 family members living in Bristol and the food was excellent, best mussels I have ever had in UK and amazing beef bourgignon. I had to leave at 6am for a flight so didn’t get to have breakfast which was included but honestly felt whole experience was good value for money and relaxing. The room was perfect! Lovely big bed, very spacious, the bathroom was immaculate and we had a gorgeous view of the harbour.
