This hotel is excellent. We loved the room - it was very large and the bed was very comfortable. We had a mini bar included and it was replenished each day. If we ever come back to Glasgow, this will be the place where we will stay. Love it!

I liked just about everything. The location was perfect. The room was more than sufficient for a solo traveller. It had everything I needed, it was very clean and the bed was comfortable as well. I also liked the complementary cheese and wine. It was a nice bit of attention.

Hotel location, got off the train snd walked into the hotel. Allowed late check out just in time to jump into the train back to Edimburgh. Bus stop right in front of the hotel to go to touring without transfer. Shopping a few blocks. Dinner included was a great oerf after a long day.

The staff was so helpful and made the stay so much better in every way. Location was very good. Fantastic restaurant, bar and breakfast was excellent and the staff is fantastic. We did enjoy the temporary spa and will be sure to come back after the renovations to enjoy the real spa facilities.
