A beautiful, historic building of stunning architecture. Despite it being a chilly day and the property being enormous, it was lovely and warm inside. The room was large, beautifully furnished and comfortable. All the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient I couldn’t fault our stay and can not understand the negative reviews I read prior to our stay. The food was excellent, we enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner and all were of a really high quality. I also enjoyed a wonderful massage with Connie who was lovely.

I absolutely loved my stay- the family are so friendly, taking time to chat & show interest in my journey, stay & family who I was visiting. The farm is lovely , the service ( nothing is too much trouble), the comfort and the breakfast is outstanding.
