Hilton Cobham is within easy reach of central London which is just a 30-minute train ride away, set in 27 acres of peaceful grounds and woodland. The hotel, which has recently undergone a major refurbishment has a restaurant, lounge bar, outdoor tennis court and gym.

I needed a hotel for my connecting flight from London to NY. I had to quickly find a hotel. This hotel was total $180. It wasn't booked when the close hotels to the airports were. The staff was so nice! It's not a luxurious hotel. It is very basic. It was what I needed, a clean bed & room to sleep in for the night. It's 19 miles from Heathrow London airport. I had to make a decision on a hotel. The problem is the airport taxi charged me $107 American dollars for a 25 minute drive. A different car service was awesome, but it still cost $73 American dollars for 15 minutes. It was a quicker ride at 5am in the morning. I can't blame that on the hotel. It's the insane cost of a taxi or driving service in London for travelers. The hotel was good & what I needed & available. I really liked the front desk staff!
